The process before pickup was super easy. I had pretty much everything completed ahead of picking up my new car which was so exciting. I even got a photo of me standing with my new car and a personal card which was such a nice touch.

Very. Dealt with Dominic Wolffe again having bought our John Cooper works cabriolet a few months ago.This time it was JCW level 3 Countryman. He was patient, knowledgable and very helpful just like our first purchase. Still no sign of the unicycle!

service was thorough & front of house staff were friendly & happy to help. When i dropped the car off at 10.30 I was told the service would be complete by 1.30. I actually left the garage at 4.30. No courtesy call & service book was not returned.

I had a waiting appointment and was told on arrival car would be ready by 16.00. Serice rep saw me at 3.30 and said that car should only be another 10 minutes or so. When I heard nothing further by 16.20 went to check. Finally completed at 16.30

I had visited the week before my mot and service to have the two front tyres checked for advice on if they would pass the test I was told something like . They have only used half of their wear! But two days later one of the tyres shredded .

The best part was that I arranged to have my car collected and brought back. I live in Bath so, since Mini Wellsway closed, it's not always convenient to travel to Melksham. Richard, who collected my car, was brilliant.

My car still has the same problem it went in with (lots of smoke from exhaust) Although no fault was found, there is so much smoke everyone morning. I was told to call & speak to them if it continued. On Monday I sent a video to show the problem but
