I was a little apprehensive about walking into the showroom and buying my first car on my own but Holly Edwards instantly put me at ease. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and there was no hard sell or pushiness.

I was very satisfied with my experience, Kieran was extremely helpful and responded promptly to emails if I had any additional questions. Once my car had arrived, Kieran was actually on annual leave but made sure the handover was sorted.

Technician highlighted slight tear in N/S Rear tyre and recommended I need a new tyre. Immediately took it to a specialist tyre fitting company only to be told tyre was fine and did not need replacing.

The car needed an MOT, annual service, rear pads, and air-con re-charge. I had a rough estimate of the total in my head - the final bill was less than I'd estimated and at least on a par if not cheaper than local, non-dealer garages near me.

I don't like being asked to pay for even more things when I come in to drop off the car. It's unexpected. I was already paying a lot already. Using the obvious sales tactic 'only £100'. Made me uncomfortable, obligated and I felt pressured to do it

Work on Comms issue was done however no apology was received when I collected the car. Although the Sat Nav was fixed the boot up of the system often takes place after I drive off, therefore the control disc remains black with no reverse camera.

It all went very well. The problem for me, though, is the distance I have to travel to get to the location following the move from Bath. It takes me over an hour to get there to a place without transport links and in the middle of nowhere.

The Service Dept dealt with us eficiently and found the problem. It did take some time, the nail in the tyre was not spotted straight away, the wheel had to be taken off. However, once found, the tyre was changed quickly.
