Very happy - given enough time to go through the purchase and px. Maybe need a longer steer on the layout of the dash and how to find stuff! Going completely digital from analog last mini was a learning curve

Kieran was very enthusiastic and cheerful and always rang or emailed as needed and kept me informed of progress of my new MINI throughout. If he didnt know the answer to something he found out and came back with the answer.

Daniel Davies was excellent as always, but unfortunately there were some issues with the Mini App, which meant the whole thing took much longer than it should have. A little frustrating, but Dan handled it well and we got there in the end.

I have always thought that as part of a service there are basic elements of the car that are checked - including the oil windscreen wash and coolant levels. It would appear that all three were overlooked this time. I am following up with management.

In addition to the air con regas a vehicle health check and wash and vac was performed. A video of the health check was later emailed to me by the technician.

I wasn't made aware of a 3rd party requesting payment online for servicing costs and with cyber security a priority this item needs to be thought through. The client manager was very understanding I paid face to face on car collection.

Poor telephone communication. Poor service. Misinformed on several occasions After 2 visits and 4 telephone calls repair not completed. Telephone call telling me car was on ramp and needed attention when I had the vehicle No attempt to resolve.

I thought the brakes were soft with long pedal travel & lacked feel when braking from high speed, no problem around town. Technician agreed that they didn't feel quite correct & went through a lot of work trying to correct this.

Great video showing me underneath my car. no pressure to buy anything above what I might have needed for my MOT. It's a shame. No discount was given on the MOT price as I have been a customer for many years.

I was initially sent information that work needed doing that I'd had done on my last visit. Once that confusion was cleared up it was fine. But that initially caused unnecessary stress for me.
