Everything was made v easy by Darcy. She spent ages talking me through the various models' features & even fitting my car seats into the cars in the showroom. Her colleague did the test drive and was really friendly and knowledgeable too.

Service was excellent . As we both work full time and needed to travel 32 miles each way to the centre we were disappointed that we couldn't collect on a Saturday . Thus delayed how quickly we could pick up our new car .

Happy with the service received. I was concerned to receive the technicians report with Red Warnings on whilst waiting at the garage. As I was on site a conversation would have been preferable. Especially as I was then told the warning was not true.

Disappointing experience. No flexibility or effort made to collect an elderly customer from a bus stop from within Melksham. Staff unable to inform where the nearest bus stop was in relation to your garage. See further responses.,

Took longer than advertised. Was told someone was coming with further info but after 20 min I needed to be somewhere else. Pleased by hospitality and coffees. Had been told there would be an interior clean and emptied the car in preparation, but not.

My car was collected from bath and returned the same day which made everything a lot easier. I like that you now have a finance option for expensive repairs. I was also kept informed of collection and drop off times and of work needed.

Most disappointing mini service I have received. I need 2 new tires and no one called me so now I need to come back or find a tire retailer. Also they said 'should we wash your car' and they did such a poor job.
