I was dealt with by Holly Edwards who is a new salesperson at Dick Lovett Melksham, but her product knowledge was very good, and she demonstrated that she'd listened to my requirements, and always replied promptly to any queries I had.

The car pick up was later than I anticipated. I was told about 0930 - and it turned out to be 11:10. It was okay as I had delayed work - but could potentially have been a problem. Car was beautifully clean though as part of my ceramic package.

I was well looked after & talked through what needed doing with pricing in advance. I felt aware of what was wrong with my Mini. How to fix it in the sense of urgency & how much it would cost. Also offered a curtsy car.
