There were issues with the vehicle that meant that the car was rejected. The issues were with MINI UK build standards and not the selling agent hence the 5 star rating for the selling agent.

3 visits to get the correct brake cluster fitted is crazy. Service completed ok on the first visit but repeated instances of ordering the wrong brake light cluster just shouldn't happen.
