I was dealt with by Holly Edwards who is a new salesperson at Dick Lovett Melksham, but her product knowledge was very good, and she demonstrated that she'd listened to my requirements, and always replied promptly to any queries I had.

this would have been a 5 star experience if I'd received a service booking email/sms confirmation - just simple to pop the booking into my Outlook calendar to manage my diary. I'm sure this is just a system glitch as this would be an auto process

From the initial enquiry David Alvis-Cole was responsive helpful honest and a real pleasure to deal with. As the vehicle wasn't even fully 'ready' he did a personal video for us which was excellent and ensured we wanted to see it in person.

The customer service was excellent . I was kept pretty well informed . The car was kept for an extra day as it had a fault once the recall was completed . However they did try hard to compensate me for the inconvenience and were apologetic .
